Through the Sandbox, these companies and organizations have received limited authorization from the Utah Supreme Court to provide certain legal services by nonlawyers and/or through technology-based services such as AI.  These are not traditional legal providers.  Some of these companies have also been allowed to have non-lawyer ownership and/or to share fees with nonlawyers.  

Information submitted to the Utah State Bar through this form may be shared with the Utah Supreme Court, the Utah Supreme Court’s Legal Services Innovation Committee, and the identified company or organization. Aggregate/summarized information may also be pulled from responses for public reporting.
