Replacement Bar Cards are now available for Free.
There are two ways to obtain a new Utah State Bar Card.
Option 1 Walk -In: If you are in the Salt Lake area, you can come into the Bar offices between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday – Friday to have a card created for you. The process takes about 10 minutes and requires a picture to be taken.
Option 2 By Mail: If you would like a card mailed to you, please complete the brief form below.
