Forrest “Woody” Mosten
Mr. Mosten is President and Founder of Mosten Mediation. He is a world renowned mediator, author and trainer. Mr. Mosten’s life work is to provide quality professional mediation services directly to consumers at affordable prices. An original partner in Jacoby and Meyers, in forming the world’s first private clinic in 1972, Forrest Mosten has continually been at the cutting edge of mediation and legal services delivery. A former Assistant Regional Director in Consumer Protection for the Federal Trade Commission, Mr. Mosten’s commitment to legal access and dispute resolution has propelled him to national leadership in both law and ADR. He is the recipient of major awards for him contributions from the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar and numerous other legal and mediation organizations. He was named 1999 Peacemaker of the Year by the Southern California Mediation Association.
