THE UTAH SUPREME COURT IS IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING NEW ADVISORY COMMITTEES ON CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JURY INSTRUCTIONS. THESE COMMITTEES WILL ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLICATION OF THE MUJI INSTRUCTIONS.
