Welcome to the Labor & Employment Law Section web page!  The Labor and Employment Law Section ("LES") of the Utah State Bar is established for the purposes of providing a forum for members to network and communicate regarding legal advice to employers and employees, providing high quality Continuing Legal Education ("CLE") opportunities to its members, monitoring legal and political issues relevant to section members and taking such other actions as may be of benefit to the members, the legal profession and the public.  Any member in good standing of the Utah State Bar may, upon the request of the Bar, be enrolled as a member of the section by payment of annual section dues in the amount and for the purposes approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Utah State Bar (currently  $15.00 per year). 

This website has been created as a forum for the dissemination and collection of information from, and to, LES members, wherever they are located.  Events sponsored by the section are outlined on the LES Event Calendar.
