Rex has been handling personal injury cases since 1984 when he was fresh out of the University of Utah College of Law, working for a small law firm in the Salt Lake City area. Since that first case in 1984, he has successfully brought claims against the State of Utah; heavy metal rock band, AC/DC; Fortune 500 company, Amoco Oil; State Farm Insurance, WalMart, the United States Government and many other large corporations and government entities. The articles he has written on personal injury have benefitted many attorneys. He is frequently asked to speak on the subject of personal injury and law office management and is consulted weekly by other attorneys who have questions about personal injury claims. His wife, Jan, also speaks on the subject of law office management. He has been very fortunate to work with and learn from some of the top lawyers in the country including Greta Van Susteren, John Coale, Gerry Spence, Pat Mulligan, Marty Rubinstein and George Fleming. Rex and his wife both drive Corvettes and are members of the Corvette
Club of Utah where they meet with other Corvette lovers to participate
in fun activities and take trips together. |
