This biennial program of demonstration and lectures by judges and experienced trial attorneys is considered by many to be the most useful litigation CLE offered in Utah.

For 2002 the six-part Trial Academy was combined in a single two-day session. Utah's best trial attorneys and most prominent judges taught the basics of trial practice, from picking a jury through closing argument, with diversions along the way to cover the essentials of depositions and motions practice.
