Membership

The following persons are eligible for membership:

• Members (attorneys) of the Utah State Bar in good standing. Dues are $25.00.
• Members of the Paralegal Division of the Utah State Bar in good standing. Dues are $15.00.
• Students enrolled in the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law or in Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Student Members are not required to pay dues.

Attorneys are offered the opportunity each year to join the section on the re-licensing forms. Attorneys who would like to join mid-year and other persons interested in joining the Section can contact the Section’s Officers, whose contact information can be found here.
