Circuit discussed how the Federal Circuit operates, including the
court's review of briefs, the court's preparation for oral argument,
the judges' view of oral argument, the decisionmaking and opinion
drafting process, and the role of law clerks and interns. The panelists
also provided an overview of the clerkship application process.
