Our attorneys and agents in the IP Department work closely with both the pharmaceutical and molecular diagnostics divisions, constantly dealing with novel challenging legal issues involving cutting edge technologies in both molecular diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. We are seeking a patent attorney and a patent agent to join our growing IP Department to conduct hands-on patent preparation and prosecution, direct foreign patent prosecution and oppositions, render opinions on patentability, validity, freedom-to-operate, infringement and enforcement, assist IP licensing efforts, and support IP litigation.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the above work particularly in the pharmaceutical and biotech arts, and must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
