Jeffrey Siew, Supervisory Patent Examiner of Art Unit 1642

Jeffrey Siew joined the USPTO in 1998 as a Patent Examiner in Examining Group 1637, specializing in microarrays and nucleic acid amplification. In 2002, he achieved the level of Primary Examiner. In 2004 he was selected as a Supervisory Patent Examiner (SPE) in Group 1642. His Art Unit specializes in cancer immunology. In 2005 he graduated from George Mason University School of Law and passed the Virginia bar. He received his B.S. in Biology from Cornell University and M.S. in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University in 1995.
