The Franchise Section welcomes the participation of all interested members of the legal profession. The purpose of the Section is to provide a forum for the exchange of information and ideas in the franchise field through high quality CLE events, social and professional interaction and networking opportunities, ongoing monitoring of legal and political issues relevant to the franchise field, and other services as may be beneficial to the Section members, the legal profession and the public.
This website provides contact information for members, useful links in the practice of franchise law, and a listing of upcoming CLE events. We encourage the use of these resources to enhance knowledge and build a stronger sense of community within the Section. The Section is also a place to share information with one another. Please contact an officer of the Section if you would like to present at a CLE event or if you have additional resources which can assist the Section.
Any member of the Utah State Bar in good standing may enroll as a member of the Franchise Law Section upon payment of dues in the amount specified by the Board of Commissioners of the Utah State Bar.
