APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Meeting called to order by Louise Knauer. The minutes from the previous meeting were presented.

DISCUSSION: The group discussed primarily the pending legislation before the Utah Legislature. The group also discussed the upcoming monthly luncheons. Further, the group discussed the outstanding balance in the group bank account. The group discussed other outstanding matters.

NEXT MEETING: The next board meeting will occur on February 9, 2011 at noon.
