The Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar is one of the largest and most active sections. With over 400 members, the section represents a large cross-section of domestic practice. The Section is governed by an Executive Committee which consists of members of the Bar and Judiciary. The Executive Committee meets monthly to discuss issues of concern to the members of the Section.
The Utah State Courts offers Divorce Education for Children classes in both Salt Lake and Logan. For more information on the program, go to www. utcourts.gov/specproj/dived-child.html
