ESTATE
PLANNING SECTION OF THE UTAH STATE BAR
MINUTES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING AUGUST 25, 2000 Date and Time: August 25, 2000 at 12:00 p.m. Place: Parsons Behle & Latimer's conference room Present: Allen Sims, program chair, discussed the proposed CLE luncheons for the upcoming year. The committee discussed the proposed topics and suggested some additional topics for his consideration. Lauri Hart discussed the process of selecting a luncheon menu and scheduling the facility at the bar offices. Future Executive Committee Meetings were discussed and it was agreed that the prior practice of meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of the month would be continued for the upcoming year unless a significant conflict arose and a different date was selected. The next Executive Committee Meeting was scheduled for September 26, 2000.
