The Forum is a service that can be used to post and share information.   To view or post information you must enter the Forum. It is not a service which will send e-mail to other members of the section.  To access the Forum and rules regarding its use please click the button above.

The Listserv is a service which enables section members to send an e-mail to every member of the Estate Planning Section who is subscribed to the list. This service is to be used by attorneys only and it is not to be used for solicitation purposes.  When you reply to a message you have received from the list, your reply will be sent to every member of the list.  If you want to reply only to a certain individual make sure you reply to their individual e-mail address.
