UTAH SUPREME COURT

STANDING ORDER NO. 3

For the purpose of resolving motions prior to plenary presentation of a case, no motions will be accepted later than 30 days before the date scheduled for oral argument on the plenary calendar. This will permit resolution of motions in a timely fashion on a regularly scheduled Law and Motion calendar prior to plenary oral argument.
