Welcome to the Appellate Practice Section |
|
The Appellate Practice Section is devoted to enhancing the standards of practice before the state and federal courts of appeal. We sponsor presentations aimed at improving all aspects of oral and written advocacy, and educating practitioners about appellate procedures. The Section provides opportunities for bench and bar to meet and discuss appropriate topics of mutual interest. The Appellate Practice Section regularly sponsors events at the State Bar Conventions on issues of appellate procedure and practice, as well as topics of substantive law.
