Utah Dispute Resolution Mediation Training Course
Utah Dispute Resolution (UDR) Court Qualified Mediation Training.  This training is designed to meet the qualification requirements for membership as a Utah court-qualified mediator in 2012 and maintain that qualification through 2013.

The DR Section breakout session will feature Michele Straube.  Michele is the director of the newly-created Environmental Dispute Resolution Program at the Wallace Stegner Center at the University of Utah.  Michele’s not-to-be-missed presentation is on the topic of multi-party dispute resolution.
