Court Rules of Professional Practice that are integrated with

The Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee consists
of members of the Utah State Bar appointed by the Board of Bar
Commissioners. The EAOC considers requests for formal opinions
concerning the ethical propriety of professional or personal conduct
of Bar members. Its duties, authority and procedures are specifically
set forth in the Rules of Procedure of
the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee.
