SMALL GROUP PLANS
Moreton Small Business Solutions specializes in meeting the needs of our small business clients. Our team of benefits professionals is poised to handle all aspects of your firm’s employee benefits - from renewals and marketing your firm to carriers to employee communications and client service. An employer with 2-50 benefit eligible employees (e.g. an attorney with other partner(s) or staff member(s) working at least 30 hours/week) is eligible to apply for a Small Group plan. We works with the following five carriers within the Small Group Market to provide competitive employee benefits solutions for your law firm.

LARGE GROUP PLANS - ISIHR
For large groups, there must be five+ applicants and one of them must be a member of the bar (e.g. an attorney or attorneys and staff members working at least 30 hours/week). In a partnership with ISI, Inc. Moreton & Company can provide large group plans that typically include an up front savings of up to 20% through SelectHealth. By going through the Bar, the health application for this size group is much less cumbersome and large groups are guaranteed coverage.
