The Bar is in the process of phasing out the current bar card format and replacing it with a card that contains the licensed attorney's picture. In order for the Bar to issue a new picture I.D. card, the attorney needs to provide a current photo. If you do not have a current photo, please contact Diana Gough, assistant to General Counsel at (801) 297-7057 or onlineservices@utahbar.org and make arrangements to have a digital photo taken at the Bar offices. There is a $5.00 fee for a replacement bar card.
