The
forms for CLE compliance are being stored on the Utah State Bar
FTP site as a convenience to both the Utah State Board of Continuing
Legal Education and the Bar membership. Each file is stored in
3 formats: Microsoft Word 97 (.doc), Rich Text Format (.rtf),
and Portable Document Format (.pdf). If you are not using Microsoft
Word please download the .rtf or .pdf based file.
If you have any
problems downloading these files please contact the MCLE staff
via e-mail at mcle@utahbar.org and
we will be delighted to e-mail you a copy of the MCLE forms.
Once you have the required forms please print them out, fill in the
required information, sign the form and send it to the following address:
