Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal Education

MCLE Reporting Overview


July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2012 MCLE Requirement: Lawyers on active status with a compliance period ending June 30, 2012 are required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of Utah approved CLE, which shall include a minimum of three hours of accredited ethics. One of the ethics hours shall be in the area of professionalism and civility.

Fees:

(July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2012)

  • $100.00 late filing fee (CLE completed after June 30, 2012 orCertificate of Compliance filed after July 31, 2012)
