Lawyers on active status with a compliance period ending June 30, 2013 are required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of Utah approved CLE, which shall include a minimum of three hours of accredited ethics.One of the ethics hours shall be in the area of professionalism and civility. More information can be found on the MCLE Requirements page.Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Current Schedule of MCLE Fees

  • $15.00 filing fee-
  • $100.00 late filing fee
    • CLE completed after June 30, 2013 or
    • Certificate of Compliance filed after July 31, 2013)
  • $200 Reinstatement Fee
    • An additional $500.00 fee will be assessed if the need for
      reinstatement is a repeat violation within the past five years.
