The law offices of Snow Jensen & Reece are seeking applicants for a full-time and a part-time Legal Secretary. The primary duties will include working with and assisting multiple attorneys, transcription, preparation and filing of pleadings, maintaining and managing physical files and electronic documents, and client communication. Candidates should be proficient in word processing, calendar management, modern office technology, and e-filing. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve, and communicate effectively are critical to these positions. A professional and courteous demeanor is required. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to work as part of a team. A minimum of 3 years of prior legal secretary experience is preferred.
