Scott D. Brown is the managing partner of NUTTALL, BROWN and ASSOCIATES,
a Salt Lake City firm dedicated to representation of claimants in insurance
disputes. Mr. Brown has 17 years experience in personal injury law and
has handled hundreds of auto injury cases, many of which have resulted
in six-figure recoveries. He received his B.A. degree in Business Management,
cum laude, from the University of Utah and his J.D. degree from the
University of Utah College of Law. Mr. Brown is a member of the Utah
Trial Lawyers'’ Association, the Utah State Bar Association and
the Brain Injury Association of Utah. He is licensed to practice in
State and Federal Court and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Brown is also the Founder of L.E.A.P., Lawyers’ Endowment
for Accident Prevention.
Mr. Brown is a Seminar Presenter and co-author of “Trying the
Automobile Injury Case in Utah”. Mr. Brown has handled cases in
New York, California, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Kentucky, Colorado, Nevada
and Washington.
