State Courts Announce Voluntary E-filing - The Administrative Office of the Courts has announced that voluntary e-filing for general civil cases. You will find more information on the court's voluntary e-filing system, as well as information about developing your own dedicated interface, at http://www.utcourts.gov/efiling. You may register now for an account with Tybera through the Bar’s website at http://efiling.utahbar.org. If you have any questions about efiling go to http://www.utahbar.org/efiling or contact us at efiling@utahbar.org.

Currently 21 of the 29 counties in Utah are providing efiling services. Courts that are providing efiling services are:

1st District  Brigham City (Box Elder), Logan (Cache)
2nd District Ogden (Weber), Layton, Farmington, & Bountiful (Davis)
3rd District Salt Lake - West Jordan (Salt Lake), Tooele (Tooele),  Silver Summit - aka: Park City (Summit)
4th District Provo, American Fork, & Spanish Fork (Utah), Heber City (Wasatch), Nephi (Juab), Fillmore (Millard)  
5th District St George (Washington), Cedar City (Iron), Beaver (Beaver)
6th District Richfield (Sevier)
7th District Price (Carbon), Castle Dale (Emery), Moab (Grand), Monticello (San Juan)
