Shelly A. Coudreaut

Eric Johnson lives in the Sugarhouse area of Salt Lake City with his
wife, Jennifer, and their three children. Eric is a litigator, where his
practice focuses primarily on Divorce and Family Law, Commercial disputes,
Real Property disputes (commercial, agricultural, residential), and criminal
defense. In addition to his law practice, Eric enjoys serving as a small
claims court judge pro tempore, teaching paralegal courses and organizing/presenting
CLE presentations for new lawyers and solo or small practice attorneys.
Eric also makes a study of implementing law office automation and management
technologies, and serves as general counsel and Vice President of Product
Development for Caseproof, LC, a company which develops web sites specifically
for attorneys.
Chen
Shen obtained her Master of Science degree
from Utah State University, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University
of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. Chen has been a member of the Utah
State Bar since 2004. Chen Shen is Associate Legal Counsel for USANA Health
Sciences, Inc., a world-wide manufacturer and marketer of dietary supplements
and personal care products, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. As
Associate Legal Counsel, Chen advises Executive Management of the company
on a wide variety of issues, including international business transactions
and market expansion, food and drug law, advertising law, direct selling
laws, intellectual property law, immigration law, and employment law.
Chen also negotiates and drafts contracts for a variety of commercial
transactions.

J. Vuyovich

Prior to joining HRO, Mr. Vuyovich was an attorney at Kruse, Landa &
Maycock, L.L.C. and operated his own commercial cattle operation in eastern
Oregon from 1987 to 1998.

and software licensing, Internet agreements, product distribution agreements,
strategic alliances and other corporate partnering arrangements. Scott’s
practice also focuses on other business and commercial transactions, including
franchising, mergers and acquisitions, private financings and venture
capital transactions. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Scott was with Holland
& Hart in Salt Lake City, Utah from 1997 to 2001 and Willkie Farr
& Gallagher in Washington, DC from 1995 to 1997. Scott received his
law degree from Columbia Law School in 1995. He is registered to practice
