Mandatory CLE: The Utah MCLE Board has approved the 2012 Summer Convention for up to 15 hours of CLE credit, including up to 3 hours of Ethics, up to 2 hours Professionalism/Civility, 2 hours for the Utah State Bar film presentation, and up to 4 hours self-study credit for video replay. To ensure that you receive Utah MCLE credit, check in at the Registration Desk.

Program Materials: All materials are accessible on the Utah State Bar Summer Convention website in the materials section . Free WiFi is available courtesy of Sun Valley Company. Handouts are available as requested by the presenters.

Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellations received by Friday, June 22, 2012. Requests received after that date, but before Friday, July 6, are subject to a $50 service fee.
