Barbara Valcarcel- Melendez, Kirton & McConkie

Barbara Valcarcel-MelendezMs. Melendez is a member of Kirton & McConkie's Immigration Practice Section as well as the International Practice Section. Her practice concentrates on immigration and naturalization law. She represents foreign nationals before the Department of Homeland Security's Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Customs and Enforcement as well as the Department of Labor, Board of Immigration Appeals, and in federal court. Ms. Melendez also advises employers on immigration compliance issues and cross border employee matters. She is the adjunct professor of Immigration Law at Brigham Young University. She joined Kirton & McConkie in 2006.
