N. Todd Leishman, Durham Jones & Pinegar

Mr. Leishman joined the firm in 1995. His practice concentrates in corporate
and business law with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions,
corporate finance, including venture capital and other early-stage financing,
corporate governance, and securities compliance. He frequently works closely
with the firm’s business litigation group in handling disputes regarding
ownership and control of closely held entities. He also drafts complex
commercial contracts, including manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and supply agreements.
