Presiding Judge Wallace A. Lee, Sixth District Court
Judge Wallace A. Lee was appointed to the Sixth District Court in October 2005 by Gov. Jon M. Huntsman, Jr. He serves Garfield, Kane, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, and Wayne counties. Judge Lee received his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1988. Prior to taking the bench, he was in private law practice and served as Garfield county attorney. Judge Lee is a member of the Utah State Bar, Southern Utah Bar, the U.S. District Court, Utah, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has served as a board member of the Utah Prosecution Council and the Statewide Association of Public Attorneys. He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee on Judicial Branch Education and the District Court Curriculum Committee. In addition, Judge Lee is chairman of the board of the Bryce Canyon Natural History Association.
