BRIAN A. LEBRECHT founded The Lebrecht Group, APLC in February 2001. Currently his practice is limited to the areas of corporate finance and private equity, initial public offerings and registered offerings, mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, private placements, SEC compliance, and ‘34 Act reporting. He serves as an Officer of the Securities Law Section of the Utah State Bar, has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America for three consecutive years, and was formerly a member of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of California until 2007. Mr. Lebrecht is licensed to Practice Law in the State of California and Utah and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the District of Utah. The Lebrecht Group, APLC maintains offices in both Salt Lake City, Utah and Irvine, California.
