Matthew M. BoleyMatt's practice concentrates in the areas of insolvency, bankruptcy, real estate, commercial/civil litigation and creditors' rights. Matt is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law, and also has commercial litigation experience in many substantive areas, including real estate disputes, contract disputes, lien and lien priority disputes, business torts, professional negligence, the Uniform Commercial Code and intellectual property litigation. Matt has extensive experience in all areas of creditors' rights and debtor-creditor relations. Finally, Matt strives to employ creative problem solving and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to the delivery of legal services.
