Matt is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law, and also has commercial litigation experience in many substantive areas, including real estate disputes, contract disputes, lien and lien priority disputes, business torts, professional negligence, the Uniform Commercial Code and intellectual property litigation.
