Margaret Plane, Salt Lake City Corporation
Margaret
Plane is an Assistant City Attorney with Salt Lake City Corporation,
focusing on human resources and general litigation. Before joining
the City Attorney’s Office in April 2007, Ms. Plane served
as Legal Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Utah from
2004 to 2007. After graduating from the S.J. Quinney College of Law
at the University of Utah, Ms. Plane clerked for the Honorable Judge
Pamela T. Greenwood on the Utah Court of Appeals. During law school,
she served as managing editor of the Journal of Land, Resources,
and Environmental Law. Ms. Plane received a B.A. in Philosophy and
German from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and an M.A.
in Philosophy from the University of Utah.
