 The American Bar Association Standing Committee on Pro bono and Public Service is sponsoring the first National Pro Bono Week Celebration. As part of the week long National Pro Bono Celebration, bars and legal organizations across the country have planned more than 180 commemorative educational events in 39 states.
As one of many events in Utah celebrating National Pro Bono Week, members of the Utah State Bar will serve lunch at the St. Vincent dePaul Resource Center in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Following the meal, lawyers will offer a free legal clinic, answering questions regarding a variety of legal topics.
