PRESENTERS BIO'S
Heather Brereton graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1998.  She has been a trial attorney at the Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association since 2000.  Heather represents indigent defendants in criminal cases in state courts.  Heather has been involved with the Utah State Bar’s Tuesday Night Bar Pro Bono Program and has been recognized by the Salt Lake County Council as one of the attorneys in helping develop the county drug court program.

Jeremy Delicino is a graduate of Yale University and UCLA School of Law.  He has practiced criminal defense since being admitted to the Utah Bar in 2003.  While he also handles criminal cases in municipal and state courts, Jeremy has largely concentrated his practice on representing criminal defendants in federal court.  Jeremy is particularly interested in federal sentencing issues and he has lectured locally on the federal sentencing guidelines.  Despite having lived in Utah for the past six years, Jeremy still considers himself a Californian at heart, which means that he constantly complains about any inclement weather but relishes the lack of traffic in Salt Lake City, compared to LA.
