Description of Webinar
One of the biggest challenges law firms face is the management of document production, accessibility, and archival. Many firms have struggled to create and enforce standards and best practices for document handling and have consequently lost documents, confused versions, duplicated work, and generally lost time.
Employing document strategy best practices can help firms systematize their document organization, helping to increase billable time, reduce frustration, and improve client experience.
The standards and norms a firm employs for naming and organizing documents (Document Taxonomy) is the primary issue in developing a document strategy. In this webinar, we’ll cover the best practices for designing a document taxonomy and its implications on any document management system.
