Mr. D’Esposito (http://www.resolv.org/blog/boardofdirectors/stephen-d%E2%80%99esposito) has extensive experience in multi-stakeholder dispute resolution and we are excited to learn from him and hear about some of his experiences. Founded in 1977, RESOLVE is a dispute resolution organization headquartered in Washington, DC that works worldwide with communities, businesses, governmental entities, and NGO leaders to collaborate, build consensus, and resolve multi-party disputes.
The remainder of the program follows this year’s theme of multi-party consensus building and dispute resolution. Following Mr. D’esposito, a panel will discuss whether differing legal subject matters require unique dispute resolution approaches. Our final panel will discuss consensus-building at the Utah State Legislature and features Senators Luz Robles and Curt Bramble.
