Registration Desk: The Registration Desk will be located in the Continental Room, Sun Valley Inn.

Badges: Your badge is your admission to all CLE Sessions, Opening Reception, Friday Evening Social and refreshment breaks. Spouses/Partners must register and wear a badge to attend meetings.

Special Accommodations: If, under the Americans with Disabilities Act, you require special accommodations, please contact the Utah State Bar CLE Department, (801) 531-9077, at least one week prior to the Convention.

Child Care: Please contact Sun Valley directly to make arrangements - (208) 622-2288. Playschool: a year round program of activities for children 3 months to 5 years. Day Camp: unique youth programs which include a wide variety of Sun Valley experiences for youngsters ages 6-14. Mandatory CLE: The Utah MCLE Board has approved the 2008 Summer Convention for up to 15 hours of CLE credit, including up to 3 hours of Ethics, up to 6 hours of NLCLE credit, 2 hours for the Salt Lake County Bar film presentation, and up to 4 hours self-study credit for video replay. To ensure that you receive Utah MCLE credit, check in at the Registration Desk.

New Lawyer CLE Credit (NLCLE): You can choose from 9 NLCLE approved courses (indicated with "NLCLE" following the session title) for 6 hours NLCLE credit.

Program Materials: Course materials will be provided to door registrants while supplies last.

Refund Policy: Full refund for cancellation received in writing before June 20. 75% refund after June 20 but before June 30. No refunds after June 30. All cancellations must be made in writing. If you have any questions please contact Richard Dibblee, (801) 297-7029.
