CELEBRATE CIVIL RIGHTS!
The MINORITY LAW CAUCUS of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law invites you, your family, children and friends to the 2ND ANNUAL LOVING DAY AND JUNETEENTH POTLUCK PICNIC to celebrate two LANDMARKS OF CIVIL RIGHTS in the United States at on Saturday, June 13 at Sugar House Park.
The MINORITY LAW CAUCUS is also proud to announce that this potluck picnic is generously sponsored by the law firm of STOEL RIVES.
What: Potluck picnic to celebrate civil rights, so bring your favorite salads, desserts or even chips! MLC will supplement with burgers, buns and sodas.
Place: Central Pavilion, Sugar House Park (southeast quadrant), 1300 East and 2100 South, Salt Lake City.

Time: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

More than 100 people managed to find their way to last year’s inaugural picnic at a remote area of Mill Creek Canyon. It culminated with a gigantic water balloon battle among the kids. This year’s picnic has better parking and is more accessible. We look forward to seeing you there!

Directions to Sugar House Park: From I-80 Eastbound, take Exit 126 for 1300 East. Drive north and turn east at 2100 South. The park has two entrances to the Sugar House Park loop road along the south side of 2100 South. The pavilion is wheelchair accessible. (FYI – Due to construction, the I-80 Westbound ramp at 1300 East is closed.)
