The Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the Attorney General is accepting applications to fill the position of HB 64 S.E.C.U.R.E. Strike Force prosecutor. This position requires applicants to be an attorney admitted and in good standing with the Utah State Bar. At least five years of prior prosecution experience is required, and no applicant will be interviewed without such experience described in detail within the application. This position will focus on criminal investigations and prosecutions of various types of serious and/or violent felonies - prior felony prosecution experience is strongly preferred.
