Handle title claims and regulatory matters
Prepares briefs, opinions and reports, based on research
Provide legal counsel to regional/state/branch management as required
Prepares various forms of legal contracts and agreements
May occasionally review and coordinate work with outside counsel and home office
Monitors compliance with laws, regulations, standards and various rulings from governmental agencies

Job Qualifications:
JD from accredited law school
3-5 years experience handling title claims
Admission to State Bar
Licensed to practice in accordance with pertinent regulations
Other local, state and federal licenses that may be required
4-year law degree from accredited law school
