Murray City Corporation is requesting proposals for an independent contract attorney/firm to provide public defense services for indigent defendants. Successful applicant will represent indigent criminal defendants before the Murray City Justice Court. Qualifications: Member of the Utah Bar in good standing. Prefer candidates with prior criminal defense or prosecution experience.
