This is information regarding possible scholarships available to college bound students. Please forward on to any interested persons to apply.

SHOLARSHIPS FOR MINORITY STUDENTS GOING UNCLAIMED: Unused funds are being returned to donating companies.

*A large amount of scholarship money that has been set aside by companies for deserving minority students are either collecting dust of or being returned to businesses because of a lack of interest.

The SJ Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah has partnered with several sections of the Utah State Bar (including WLU and UMBA) to provide mentorship oppportunities for law students. There was such a good response from the students that the program is in need of additional mentors. The program is very simple - you meet with your mentee for at least several events throughout the year that the school or other organizations sponsor. You are also welcome (and encouraged) to meet with students outside of those events as well. Please contact Angelina Tsu at angelina.tsu@zionsbancorp.com to sign up.
