The University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law invites applications and nominations for tenure-track or tenured faculty at the rank of either associate or full professor to begin 2009-2010. Qualifications for all positions include a record of excellence in academics, successful teaching experience or promise, and strong scholarly distinction or promise. Areas of particular interest include intellectual property, tax, and business and corporate law, but talented applicants in all areas will be given serious consideration. We also seek faculty with significant practice and/or clinical teaching experience to teach and supervise clinical courses (tenured or tenure track preferred, but we are open to other options). Candidates with a particular interest in integrating transactional, interdisciplinary, or international approaches into their teaching and scholarship are also encouraged to apply.
