LEGAL Administrative Law Judge Summit County is currently recruiting for a Administrative Law Judge. Will be a contract position and will work as needed. Performs professional legal jurisprudence duties as required to administrate the efficient and effective resolution of code violations. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from college of law with a juris doctorate degree, and working knowledge of advocacy techniques; principles of law and their application; civil and criminal trial procedures and the rules of evidence; Utah Code and the Summit County Code; case law related to a variety of county government subjects; principles, practices and methods used in legal research. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Utah (member in good standing of the Utah State Bar). Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
