Judicial Law Clerk, United States District Court for the District of Utah, Honorable Dustin Pead
The United States District Court for the District of Utah is accepting applications for two Judicial Law Clerk positions to the Honorable Dustin Pead, United States Magistrate Judge. These are term law clerk positions, with an employment assignment of one to four years and the possibly of one position becoming permanent. The starting salary is $57,408 - $81,823 based on qualifications and experience. By Judicial Conference policy a term law clerk may not serve more than four years in the federal system.
The successful candidate must have a Juris Doctorate degree. Although bar membership is not required, it is preferred to be in good standing of the bar of a state, territory or Federal Court of general jurisdiction. If the candidate has postgraduate experience, litigation experience is preferred.
