Law Students

Here, UMBA will post information of interest to minority law students and those law students interested in the mission of the Utah Minority Bar Association. According to Article II.B.2 of the Utah Minority Bar Association Constitution and Bylaws, law students who are in agreement with the purposes of the Association may be Honorary Members of UMBA.

Utah Minority Bar Association (UMBA) Scholarships - each year UMBA awards academic and community service financial scholarships to minority law students. 2011 Scholarships were awarded on October 21, 2011.

2012 applications will be posted online in August/September 2012 and will be awarded at the UMBA Annual Scholarship Banquet to be held in October 2012. To be eligible for scholarships, law students must be a an active member of their respective student minority organization.
