On June 21, 2000, William J. Anderson filed a Verified Petition for Readmission to the Utah State Bar, Civil Number 000905119 AT, the Honorable Tyrone E. Medley, Third Judicial District
Court, presiding. Pursuant to Rule 25 (Reinstatement Following a Suspension of More Than Six Months; Readmission) of the Rules of Lawyer Discipline and Disability, the Office of
Professional Conduct hereby gives notice of the Petition. Any individuals wishing to express opposition to or concurrence with the Petition should file notice of their opposition or
concurrence with the District Court within thirty days of the date of this publication
Mr. Anderson was disbarred from the practice of law in 1971. Those persons filing complaints with Utah State Bar that led to Mr. Anderson’s disbarment, or who may have information
